Dolly Parton and her husband, Carl Dean, were married for 59 years after tying the knot on May 30, 1966, in a private ceremony in Ringgold, Georgia. Their love story began two years earlier, when 18-year-old Dolly had just moved to Nashville to pursue her dreams of becoming a singer and songwriter. The couple met at a laundromat, and despite coming from different worlds, they quickly fell deeply in love.
